Wikileaks leaks secrets corporate and government documents from all over the world. They are possibly becoming the single most powerful force of democracy around today. For that reason people do not like them, people want wikileaks and its key members gone (as if that would ‘plug the leak’ (god aren’t these people so stuck in their modernist ways)).
A while back wikileaks released an encrypted file name insurance. but did not disclose a password. If anything major happens to the founders or wikileaks they will release the password to the world. This is civil disobedience.
It is 1.4 gigabytes. that is 19x the size of the afghan war logs recently released. The war logs were about 94,000 pages. so assuming the ‘insurance’ is just documents (it likely includes video, audio and documents) it could be as many as 1.786 million pages of secrets.
